Just some corrections (I’m the owner of Spock). Spock didn’t actually come from a Florida Auction. Spock came from a slaughter broker in a PA auction. Was rescued by a colleague who couldn’t continue to own him so I picked him up in Long Island about a year (?) after his rescue.

When we got him he was still very much a rescue and abused soul. If a muscle bound man walked into the barn he would literally climb the walls of his stall. It took us years to be able to touch his ears.

Thanks to a lot of love, much of it Cody’s, he’s a reformed man and now takes everyone from beginner riders to seasoned horse people on trail rides.

Watching him and Cody has been one of the best things in my life.
